Biography
Jonica Rowland, MBA, Author, Doctor of Business Administration Candidate,
Licensed Insurance Agent, Financial Representative, & Down Home Business Consultant.
Jonica Rowland has over 20 years of experience in business and network marketing. She has earned a B.S in Applied Sociology from North Carolina State University. She had aspired to be a nutritionist but believed that she could serve her family and community better with an MBA. She believes that communities and businesses should collaborate to form better environments for their future by being socially responsible for their children and their elderly.
One way to be corporately socially responsible is to provide resources for parenting, fairness to women, and to promote diversity early in children's lives. Currently, Jonica is at the dissertation proposal stage to earn her doctorate in business administration. Her research entails business strategies to promote multicultural awareness. She puts her wealth of knowledge and wisdom to good practice by assisting others with personal and business sustainability strategies, resources, and people connections to achieve their goals.
Within the past two years, four of Jonica’s accountability partners acknowledged her in their books. Additionally, she assisted businesses and nonprofits to reach several milestones towards their goals. Jonica gives credit for her success from turning the lemon into lemonade to her supported husband, church, and family and friends.
Motherless at age 10, Jonica learned the value of relationships and the need for income replacement strategies. From her years of experience, Jonica learned ethically to practice what is needed to become successful versus waiting for someone else to do it.
